Graduating from the Foreign Trade University as a business enthusiast, Mr. Le Viet Hai Son has held many key positions from companies like Vingroup and Mercedes. Under his leadership, Novaon’s ability to cultivate strategic talent and overcome structural problems means that AutoAds remains one of the most sought-after services in the industry.

Mr. Tran Trung Thanh

Chief Technology Officer

After graduating from the Major Information Technology department of VNU University of Engineering and Technology in 2005, Mr. Tran developed his own software company, blog.com.vn, in 2007. Afterwards, he worked as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of NBN Media Company from 2010 to 2011, before joining Novaon in 2012. At Novaon, he has quickly become a founder of the Novanet project, and with his passion and experience in the field has made significant developments in the growth of our company.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoan

Business Development Director

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoan graduated from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology in 2006 and received his MBA certificate at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 2013. Known as an entrepreneur, he founded an English education center in 2016. Before joining Novaon, he worked as Acting Director of the new product business unit at the Viettel Media Center. Here at Novaon, he was appointed to be the Novaon AutoAds Business Development Director.
